Well, you can call me FES now. If you didn't know.. I am an exchange student studying in Lille, France. I have been getting homesick a little bit here and there, but overall, things are going really great. I am definitely gaining lots of weight.. I can't stop eating gauffres (waffles). There are shops everywhere selling them and I just can't get enough. But I guess it's a good thing that I can't find a scale in this house to weigh myself. And even if I could, it would be in kilograms or something.. and I wouldn't know what the number means. I actually am starting not to care about size, appearance, etc. because I figure, whatever makes me happy! Waffles make me happy.
I have been missing so many American things lately though.. Like Pizza Hut, Cafe Rio, nachos, books in English (I have one book- The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo- I just cannot get sucked in..), my Corey, my closet full of clothes, etc. You are all invited to send me American things. :)
Today is Saturday, and I am off to hang out with some friends I made (thank goodness).
